Today you may encounter some “wanting” for foods that you used to eat. It’s okay – it’s normal. Remember, if you have to, you may have a “Flex” item – ONLY IF YOU MUST THOUGH. You are encouraged to stay strong and stay away from all “Flex” items as long as you can. Please make sure to be in touch with your personal Transformation Coordinator should you be struggling on this program.
